The materials used to cover sofas, chairs, and headboards dictate comfort, maintenance, and cost.

  • Leather: A premium, durable material. Full-grain is the highest quality, while bonded leather or PU (polyurethane) leather.

  • Natural Fibers: Cotton, linen, and wool. They are breathable and offer great texture.

  • Synthetics: Polyester, nylon, and acrylic. These are often blended with natural fibers to add durability, stain resistance, and color retention. High-performance velvets and microfibers fall into this category.
